In many cases it’s not until you start working with an agency that you really find out what they are like.
At Whitespace we call them ‘Moments of Truth’ and they’re the stuff that really matters in client/agency relationships. It’s not rocket science but it never ceases to amaze us how often they’re overlooked or forgotten once the initial pitch or honeymoon period is over.
There are twelve ‘Moments of Truth’, some obvious, some less so – but all equally important. From project managers and designers doing what they say, when they say, providing accurate and timely proposal documents, quotations and invoices, to responding to emails even when an action isn’t required. Being proactive with ideas, sharing knowledge and not entertaining labyrinth switchboards and pushy sales teams.
We’re honest, open and a great team to work with who will always go the extra mile and be there when you need us. However, we’re also not afraid to say no, so if we feel we can’t add value to a project we’d much rather politely decline your business than promise you something we can’t deliver.
