When you’re the UK’s third largest software company internal HR spend is a significant cost. To help cut recruitment fees Whitespace were briefed to create communications material for an employee referral scheme which had to be both lively and fun. Posters were used to communicate the initiative to employees onsite along with direct mailers sent to staff working from home.
